The worst company ever My order was lost in the mail and the company refused to help me with any solution Worst customer service If you re looking for nice cheap perfumes please save your money and look somewhere else

Terrible company with horrible customer service They lost my package and refuse to refund me my money or do anything about it I have all the emails as proof and screenshot of my order if anyone would like to see it

FAKE COLOGNE STAY AWAY FRAUD

Just like everyone else I thought I was buying from Walmart Then when my cologne arrived I immediately knew it was FAKE Because I own a bottle that came from the retailer I compared both of them That FAKE garbage does not smell the same And it only last for 15 mins It also left a strange white film on my skin That company needs to be shut down for FRAUD I sent it back and got a refund It s sad that Walmart is basically helping them scam people by allowing them to sell on thier website

Terrible customer service with rude customer service representative Claudia Got a bottle of perfume that was the wrong color and didn t smell like it should Sent photos per their request Back and forth with emails that got ruder and ruder on their end Even though I have spent a lot of money with them over the years this encounter with them has soured me on them completely I ll never shop with them again Ever

False Advertisements

I was under the impression that I was buying colognes not toilette water spray which doesn t last as long I was deceived with the price slashing of up to 70 off the real deal I would have rather purchase 2 bottles of colognes for 170 than ordering 7 bottles of fake knock-offs EAU DE TOILETTE I am very disappointed In foreverlux and I was so excited I acknowledge where you stand in not satisfying but deceiving internet shoppers Who knew what EDT meant if it was spelled out i would have never purchased from this site Your prices is not 75 off due to EDT the COLOGNES im looking for costs over 90 - 200 a bottle You have false advertisements So I think you should send me a return shipping label and I will send these water down toilette back I don t recommend this site to anyone

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY PERFUME Worst shipping I ve ever seen It s been ten days and no updates from DHL who by the way is just as bad I ve called ForeverLux and they say there s nothing they can do and say it s DHL s problem and DHL says it s theirs Terrible company to deal with Will not purchase from them again Update 5 26 23 never received my item ForeverLux only created a label and never shipped to DHL They wouldn t give me an explanation so I had to report it as fraud to my bank

I found a few fragrances with a great price I ordered a few and my payment went through with no issues Today I get an email that said there was a glitch in their system and they cancelled my whole order The items are in stock but now with an inflated price I have consistently been purchasing from them for a while now I contacted support through chat and they keep saying they emailed me already and then disconnected the chat They should honor the price they advertise especially after taking payment

ForeverLux is in no hurry

I made a purchase on ForeverLux website with a 2 to 3 day delivery promise The following day received a DHL tracking number 7 days past and no delivery I email ForeverLux and they blame DHL I Call DHL and discover that ForeverLux waited 6 days before getting my package to a DHL distribution center I m informed by DHL my package will not arrive for another week and half I contacted ForeverLux once again and they lied to me again and will not compensate for their absolute horrible customer service
