I was about to book their service through the website called wwwcompareairportparkingscouk where this company has 5 stars but luckily I decided to search for more reviews and I found out its not a reliable company or service provided for quite few different reasons I ever would use their service

No reply to phone or emails and this is a meet and greet service
Booked a meet and greet on their website and got no confirmation or anything Tried to contact by phone and did not get a reply left a message and this was multiple times and this is the phone number they use for arriving at the airport for your meet and greet Tried to email and got non reply to about 5 emails Read really scary reviews on other sites so tried to cancel well before the booked date There are no terms and conditions or any legal requirements presently on their website As at time of writing this email no refund has been received which I am trying to get back though Paypal and up to this date they have never contacted me in any way This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish

Do not use forge meet and greet
We used this service for our recent holiday pick up was ok but upon getting the car back the car is stinking inside and out considering we had it valeted a week before dropping it off Also when getting the car back we wasn t asked for any paperwork or ID and I feel like they would have given to car back to anyone We left 12 in the car for the barriers in and out which I explained to the driver who collected it when returning to the car the drive had taken the 6 for us to get out of the car park When speaking to the driver he palmed us off saying he doesn t know anything about it as he is just dropping them off it s not so much the 6 it s more the principle if they are willing to take 6 what else could be taken wouldn t use again

Forget this option chose another one
Real bad customer experience with that company They ask you firmly cash for an unexpected extension due to Flight delayed for one more day When I landed I had to find an ATM in the airport but I hadn t the exact amount therefore I called them to make sure they can handle it After a long wait for more than 30min I collected my car which I discovered after has been damaged on the steering wheel The driver asked me the cash I let him 20 expecting him to give me back 10 he was aware of that as I called him before He informed me that he hadn t change so the boss would transfer the difference Obviously no bills even though I asked for it So far I am still waiting no contact no answer to my texts no calls Avoid this company they seems to not be honest at all Im starting to suspect that the positive comments in other websites are not from customers

Can not believe the state of my car
Can not believe the state of my car when it was returned to me I have emailed them 3 times and WhatsApp them twice with not one reply I have asked what my car was used for while we were away Before I dropped it of it was clean but returned unbelievably dirty inside and out With no exploration They are quick to answer when that want your money but unattainable when you want answers I have given them a week to reply but nothing it was that bad I have reported them to stranding standards Wish I could attache pictures to show you how they treat your property I would advise to stay well clear of this company Well its been 2 weeks now with no reply Was told if I WhatsApp the boss will reply What a joke If you are thinking of booking with this company talk to Bristol Trading Standards first they will tell you they are the most complained about company in Bristol area

If you like risk and poor service go right ahead
If you like risk uncertainty and non-existent service go right ahead On our return to Bristol Airport in the early hours we phoned from the airport building and were told there d be a short delay in returning our car Not sure why incoming flights are supposed to be tracked We then waited 40mins with two kids in the rain for an unapologetic driver to turn up He proceeded to tell us that he d said to call again when we d got our bags When my wife CEO of a major charity who d made the first call told him that he d said no such thing he loudly called her a liar Other people waiting for their cars looked quite shocked The car was very damp had mud and grass in the footwells smelt like a 40-a-day tramp had slept in it and was mysteriously close to empty on fuel Conclude from that what you will Like many others posting here I wish I d read the reviews first If you like risking your car with a company that doesn t act with any measure of professionalism go right ahead

Useless company
Useless company Upon arrival back at Bristol at midnight was unable to get a reply on their mobile number After 10mins of trying managed to speak to the 1 person who was working that night had no clue of how long I would have to wait for my car to be returned Eventually arrived 75mins later and in a filthy condition Will never use again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI am still waiting for a response to my complaint They are incompetent and the staff are rude They were not there to meet me on my return journey even though I d called and texted 3 days prior to double check the time They have flight details so they only need to look on the airport website They have customer contact details but fail to call if there s a problem or query Charged extra for being late bearing in mind I was travelling from over 150 miles away Also had to pay entry exit charges not covered by price Altogether an harrowing and expensive experience

NO service was provided
NO service was provided We booked well in advance for 21 Aug 2022 - they did not answer the phone on the day at all - we have been calling them for 45 minutes before the arrival No one came to pick the car up So disappointed So much stress before the flight Requested a refund - no response so far 2 month later no one contacted us even to apologise for not delivering the service Never use this company - they could not be trusted

Wouldn t use again arrived 30 minutes
Wouldn t use again arrived 30 minutes later than arrival had to pay 5 for them to get out then on arrival home 45 minute wait couldn t understand person who answered phone on delay not called to say would be late and THEN had to pay another 5 to get out so overall 90 when we could have used another company with a far better service
