ZERO starTook full Months rent payment even though you get a week free rent in December For Housing are Rubbish I pay for a house that is falling apart my kitchen is without 3 cupboard doors because they re falling on us we can t screw them back on because the holes have corroded wlso clearly been repaired to many times Promised a kitchen when I moved in they said it needs fitting as soon as possible 2 and half years later I m still waiting Gas service last month didn t check MY 10 year old gas cooker seriously and they didn t come back to check it I received the Gas Safety Certificate HOW YOU HAVENT COMPLETED YOUR GAS CHECK i will be back at the CAB this week because FOR HOUSING have ignored everything AGAIN When there Work Men come to my home even they complain about how bad the business is run ive been told paper work for kitchens bathrooms etc just gets ripped up sometimes becasue they can t be bothered doing them or they believe that particular person family doesn t need it not about needing or wanting it Mate ITS THE LAW HOW MUCH IVE BEEN FOBBED OFF AND TREATED WITH DISRESPECT I WILL PUSH AND PUSH NOW TO GET TREATED HOW I DESERVE I WONT GIVE UP NOT LIKE FOR HOUSING HAHA

Useless Housing officer Lisa Walker from Ellesmere Port is a good example of the incompetence ripe in this housing association Their mission statement is very impressive it s just a pity they don t actually achieve any of what they claim they aspire to Residents lives are blighted by poor repair poor conditions no support with tenancy problems Avoid if you can or be prepared to have the quality of your life and your physical and mental health ruined Updated to respond to Forhousings reply I have been in contact with the area housing officer and others in Forhousing repeatedly over the last month as have my neighbours who have made the same complaints NOTHING has been done Our housing officer seems to make it up as she goes along Forhousing have had more than enough opportunity to address these problems so replying to my review and asking me to get in touch is yet another example of Forhousing Lip Service policy which looks great but means nothing

Stockbridge village 8 people without communal lights

24 hours after reporting total darkness as all of the communal area lights are out not even the green emergency light on This isn t classed as an emergency even after someone falling in the stir well and hurting them selves Such shocking service from for housing and not the first time or 2nd 3rd or even fourth This company is outrageous on all counts and that s not just my opinion by the looks of things on trustpilot

3 C outside my heating isn t working so I ve just rang the emergency repair number to be told they won t come out and it s not an emergency when nobody in the home is under 2 or over 65 Absoloutly discusting so for almost 3 days they expect Me My Partner and my 2 children age 16 and 11 to stay cold freeze and more than likely develop more coughs and colds Seriously do not care one bit it s alright il try and fix it myself I refuse to be told No in this case so get stuffed i want be told I have to stay cold when I pay my rent so if you don t want me tampering with the boiler then you better send someone round hadn t you I am absoloutly freezing I cannot cope with being cold and I refuse to I pay my rent I pay my gas electric bills im being Warm end of

0 stars-But won t let you give that Where do I Start Boiler- Engineer can t do his Job Called them out twice the first time I was left with heating what comes on slightly the thermostat is off yet the heating was on he didn t once say oh well that s an issue just messed about upstairs and said its sorted now he left and now ican t get heating on whatsoever so basically left me In a worse position than I was in I rang straight back this morning at 10 am and they said someone will come back iut and sort it today as an EMERGENCY PRIORITY so they should as not only has he now left me without heating my partner took the day off work the other day because the job was booked in then yet nobody bothered to come and sort the boiler so my partner lost a full day s wage all For Housing can say is Sorry They come the next day when we was hith back on work I ve just come off the fone 5 minutes ago chasing the Engineer as I was asked to later today they ve now told me there coming tomorrow Oh my god what is this company atall Don t send your Engineer Shahid hes been out now twice and said its fixed clearly doesn t know what he s doing atall just fix the boiler or replace it actually don t replace it youlle leave me without one for 3 years like you have the kitchen Don t even get me started on that one Rent paid in full monthly no rent arrears whatsoever myself and my partner both work but this is how we get treated lied to and fobbed off all the time DISCUSTING

Radiator pipe leak

Radiator pipe leak under floor boards damaging ceiling first heating engineer came out said it s not his dept did a temporary repair which left us with no heating then a plumber came out said it was a heating engineer job so passed back to them been waiting 3 days for them to come back out still no one even tho we have been told they are coming even if it s out of hours lost 3 days pay going into the forth day day now still no one shown up

well where do I start I have been with ForHousing for 4 years and in those 4 years I have been bullied and attacked by two neighbours on the block of flats where I live I was physically attacked by both of them they didn t even have a tenancy strike yet I am being told it breaches my tenancy plating flowers on the communal garden the main neighbour user ForHousing to bully me she is obsessed with getting us out of our flat I have meeting after meeting telling the housing this We all think she a supergrass so they always let her get away with her disgusting behaviour Anyone else having this happen

I m back again to tell you about ForHousing harassing me and targeting me I m being singled out This is because the neighbour who assaulted allegedly has Nigel Sedmen number on their phone So calls him when they want to use him to get their own way on this bloke On Thursday FH turn up with three large men to check and takeaway items from the communal garden that were stressing this neighbour out But of course this is untrue they are doing it because FH are allowing this neighbour to tell them what to do I ve been told my solar lights and mushroom ornaments and flowers are upsetting themI ve now been told I can no longer plant any flowers in the communal garden which were is important for my mental health but FH are protecting this neighbour instead FH are a bunch of bullies helping a vile human to bully me It s disgusting the way I m being treated because FH don t have the balls to tell them to keep their nose out they live on the other side of the garden on the top floor where they can t even see the flowers or solar lights FH you should be ashamed of yourselves nothing but bullies for the bully
