THEY HIDE THIER SERVICE FEE That is a big concern Fulls may buy that but not me Give me price upfront then I do business on the top of the table They don t answer phone nor answer their chat Some one said be patient time is money They hid the service fee all the way on the back after you pay the IRS

Fraudulently charging fees they don t tell you about
They did the same to me as a customer below Fraudulently charged my credit card 99 99 after the tax fee for the IRS came out I never gave them permission to do that nor is it listed anywhere on the site or in any receipts Of course they never answer the phone so I guess I will be disputing FYI You need my permission to make additional charges to MY CARD

Alex was wonderful patient and kind
Alex was wonderful w the ease and step by step walk through and patience while I text my husband for information I expected to wait on phone for a while when I called at lunch but he answered right away when the call was transferred We got disconnected at the end of the call and he called me back and left message to let me know he didn t hang up that he was having issue and we got disconnected Awesome
