Was going to view a property rang several times for confirmation and the number of the property Never got back to me On the day rang in the morning to check the viewing was going ahead all confirmed Used my lunch break to go view the property and my mum came with me Stood waiting on the street rang several times saying somebody would be there soon Another potential viewer waiting also who also rang She received a call finally after waiting 45 minutes that it had been let over the weekend Never rang me to tell me Just loads of excuses Absolutely disgusting service

Don t trust them

Was advised on multiple occasions that the property allowed students I have part time job on the side as well as being a student After a 3 and a half week wait to hear back in which they suggested they were completing checks they email and say the landlord has rejected the application as I allegedly do not have a part time job Ridiculous to make me wait so long only to be rejected leaving me with 1 week to find another place to live Furthermore upon requesting the holding fee back I have been ignored on multiple occasions and have still not received the refund Luckily I have found a better place so it has worked out as a blessing in disguise as I would not trust this company DO NOT waste your time

No proper health and safety and refuse to give me back my full deposit

Absolutely appalling they refuse to give me back my full deposit back for cleaning service when i left the room in better condition from when i first moved in The house share was a tip and was never thoroughly cleaned by the cleaners and the agency refused to get any maintenance sorted that was part of health and safety i e cracked stove which they refuse to replace due to money

This company is not fit for purpose and needs exposing First contact via email30 10 21 re a property to rentEmail confirmed received then no response 8 days later we called company chose option we are a renter on answering service In a queue then eventually advised all our staff busy call back later We tried many times no success We then tried option we are a landlord got through straight away Appointment to view said property both took time out of work to attend agent didnt arrive despite appointment confirmation by email We complained by email and phone promised call back no response still Steer clear of this company as a landlord and as a potential renter extremely unprofessional and not fit for purpose

Absolutely terrible service Viewed one property- wasn t keen on it because of the neighbours scruffy yards either side I rang up a day later to see if it was still available as I m that desperate to move- to be told it had been let out Despite the letting still being live online for over a week afterwards I have been requesting to view another via the online service and have been ignored several times Tried to arrange a viewing over the phone to be told I had to use the website One viewing was declined with no explanation Really unprofessional to keep ignoring potential clients Stick it

My experience with this letting agency was nothing short of frustrating They ve been consistently unresponsive and have ghosted my calls when I ve asked about my deposit at the end of my tenancy agreement It s not just me it seems like previous tenants have faced the same ordeal as I ve seen in other honest reviews My advice steer clear of this agency if you want a hassle-free renting experience

Was a tenant here property wasn t clean when we arrived reported maintenance issues the day we moved in never came to sort it had false promises it would be sorted never came Also moved out 2 weeks ago and haven t heard a word from them regarding deposit repayments never get back to emails or answer the phone wouldn t use these guys again

We do not recommend this agency for 5 weeks we have been waiting for them to solve problems that we found on the first day we moved into the current house When you call the agency they pass you from one colleague to another and no one does anything No it is a serious agency
