Ordered an 8 5 in Klock Werks Windshield When the box came I noticed it looked like it had been repacked but didn t give it thought Installed windshield didn t look right so I measured it and it was 10 5 inches Have been back and forth with customer service and I use the term loosely and have had NO response in 3 days These people are absolute crap to deal with Will NEVER order again

Ordered 2500 worth of parts to build a bike for my wife one of the tires had damaged to it that i noticed while mounting fortnine gave me the run around saying id have to ship tires back and go through the tire company itself to try and get a new tire Absolutely disgusting you send a damaged product you fix it Ill be shopping elsewhere

Beware of tire purchases

ordered up a visor that they had in stock for my helmet which was great my problem is they took week and a half just to ship the thing No care by these guys that the season will be ending soon for paying customers can t wait to get it and have a few weeks of riding left when it could ve been a few months now the tracking number says another 10 days Not happy as I m in Alberta and get packages from Toronto within 4-5 days regularly

Bad communication

Beware of tire purchases Purchased a new Avon cobra chrome for my Honda Tire developed a low speed wobble Consulted with Fortnine who consulted with their supplier who said tire pressure should be 6psi higher than bike manufacturer specifications No warranty Consulted manufacturer who also says overinflate the tire There are no markings on the tire to indicate pressure or instructions with packaging Lot of pass the buck but no warranty consideration for replacement or any credit Limit your purchases to quick easy items ie doesn t fit I m out over 300 for a replacement tire Fortnine is out a customer and subject to as many bad reviews I can generate on line and word of mouth
