Account owner with locked account

On Sunday June 5th I noticed that some in-game currency of my main account on Fortnite was missing and I decided to contact the Epic Games Support Team through chat to understand what happened The Support Team informed me that a gift was sent through my account and I wanted to know what was sent and to which account The support team informed me that they would not be able to inform because of security purposes and said they would contact me though a ticket email to request further information on my account I sent every information they requested and they answered that the information did not match I then answered them and showed that I was willing to provide every information necessary to show I m the owner of the account receipts credits cards screenshots of logins from linked account and more On the next day June 6th I went to login and noticed that my account was inactive They had locked my account and now I m currently unable to play a game that I have already paid a CREW pass to play and I have been playing for some years now Since 2017 and have invested lots of money in the game I opened another ticket today and the support team informed me once again that the information does not match and I sent every screenshot possible from every account I have linked to the main Epic Games account credit card receipts and emails showing that the account is mine and that I have full access to everything on the account Current ticket on the case with all the screenshots and accounts linked to Epic Games 17379138Currently all I want is my account unlocked and once again I can provide every information needed I also have setup the two factor authentication on the account and I m able to provide verification to it Update My issue was solved by Beatrix Snappy The only support that actually read all the information I sent and did not keep sending me the same macro like the other members of the support team Beatrix you are awesome and the only reason that I m changing this rating to a 5 star Thanks for all the help

OMG the epic games support staff are amazing It took about 5 days to fix our issue but only because it was something new and not able to be addressed by a regular support staff After working step by step with constant quick responses our case was handed to a senior staff management Actually I think the regular support team was still helping me they were just being Guided by the management Anyway I bought an Xbox One a long time ago and my son would play games on it one of his games is called fortnite he was coming of age 13 to be exact and had invested about 3 to 4 years into his game oh now that he was old enough to have his own Xbox I bought him one for Christmas And then came the issue of wanting his game on his Xbox but he was unable to do that on his own from the very beginning of contacting fortnite epic games customer support service they responded with a live representative right away they don t take phone calls but they respond very quickly either way long story short play step by step instructions were able to fix our problem and it wasn t something just easily done so I appreciate it all the quick responses and I appreciated the end result fixing the issue to our satisfaction thanks again epic games support staff you guys were great and AMAZING Ps amazing enough that I had to find a way to leave a review for you I just felt like it now with my job to do so I feel like companies that treat their customers this way deserve they re good reviews I did not see a lot of good reviews on here specifically which makes it even more important for me to leave my fantastic and amazing review because that s how I felt Also I mentioned they fixed our issue to our satisfaction which includes what we needed done and want it done is exactly what was done he now has his game with his email on his Xbox no longer on my Xbox Also he doesn t have to sign into my email he can sign into his own email epic games was able to take his stuff and put it on his information off of my Xbox that s not something that s easily done but if they were able to do it and we appreciate it greatly thank you so much again 3 2 20
