Very rude and stupid company Don t recommend it at all

Never a Fortnox company card Stick to Pleo

As a small business owner I was thrilled when I first heard that Fortnox was launching their own credit card Given their reputation as a leading accounting system I expected the card to seamlessly integrate with their platform and simplify financial management Unfortunately my experience has been quite the opposite Despite the initial excitement the usability of the Fortnox credit card is far below expectations It lacks even the most basic features that other competitors offer When the card was first introduced they announced a 10 SEK fee for every receipt uploaded which is outrageous especially for small businesses that need to track numerous transactions Most other cards offer free receipt uploads making this charge seem entirely out of touch with the market When they eventually removed the fee it was announced as if it were a groundbreaking improvement However this change merely brought them up to the standard that should have been there from the start I was truly shocked by how underwhelming the card is especially coming from such a large company I expected a product that would at least match the competition if not surpass it given Fortnox s strong reputation The card also fails to categorize expenses automatically a basic feature that should be standard For instance if I purchase an airline ticket the system should recognize it as a travel expense If I buy from Ikea it should suggest a category like kitchen or furniture Instead I m left manually categorizing every transaction which is both time-consuming and frustrating To make matters worse you have to manually upload every receipt and there s no option to fetch receipts automatically from your inbox Additionally once the receipt is uploaded it s not visible in the app you have to log in from a computer to see it This is a significant step backward from previous systems where you could easily access receipts via the app especially for returns or exchanges Another frustrating aspect is that every time you want to upload a receipt you need to authenticate using BankID While it s understandable for transactions requiring this extra step just to upload a receipt is unnecessary and cumbersome I even contacted Fortnox to provide feedback hoping they would appreciate constructive criticism to improve their product Unfortunately instead of acknowledging the feedback or considering potential improvements the response was simply We don t have that feature and that was the end of the conversation There was no indication that they valued customer feedback or had any plans to enhance the card s usability In conclusion while I initially had high hopes for the Fortnox credit card the experience has been nothing but disappointing The product lacks essential features is unnecessarily complicated and does not live up to the high standards I expected from a company like Fortnox

No language preference

Fortnox keep sending me emails in swedish to remind me about leaving a review here I don t speak swedish

Company is a fraud

This company appears to me to be a fraud They do not send notices of invoices so I do not even know they exist Then they run up extra charges for late payments and still they do not give me a notice of this

You should pay for my time

Generally I think your app it s waste of time With this said I m paying for your services It s only right you pay for my service time if you want my meaningful review I hope other people will realise that

Invoice reminder after payment

Paid an invoice from Fortnox through my bank with the correct details A reminder invoice within 8 days after payment It seems they don t get it if you pay through your own bank instead of their App or Website

Be very careful buying from companies

Be very careful buying from companies that use Fortknox for invoicing They use a whole bunch of tricks to trap you in a never ending story of late payment reminders Their reminders arrive same day as due date so it s impossible to pay on time In my case 0 05 kr were missing and that cost med 60kr 240kr and now today an invoice of 180kr arrive with due date today Will keep posting here and in other places if this doesn t stop

Are all support newbies

Needed help today regarding my vat-report My wife called Fortnox for support When doing the final check I as a total beginner regarding this noted that it did not match At all And the support told us just earlier that everything is ok A disaster of an employee Actually I suspected this from the start But as a newbie I could not verify it then Now there is no doubt anymore
