Worst ever Save your money

Seriously I am actually offended by this company I purchased a skirt through their website that I am supposed to wear IN A WEDDING next weekend and paid in full They sent me a random crop top that I did not purchase I quickly reached out to them about how I could get them this crop top back and receive the skirt in time for my friends wedding They took their time getting back to me requesting photos of the random crop top and they took even more time to reach out saying the skirt is no longer in stock with a kissy face They intend to send me a full refund once they receive the top back AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE You sold me a skirt you sent me a top then you sold MY skirt that I paid for to someone else and now you re out of stock x How is that even possible that you re so disorganized and inconsiderate as a business Now I am the only bridesmaid that can t find the skirt and I have bridezilla bestie screaming at me because of this companies incompetence and disregard for anything except payment guess what else I am still waiting to hear back if they plan to help me locate this skirt beyond a refund TOTAL JOKE save your money and time shop elsewhere where they actually care about their customers x

Definitely don t order from this company I have been waiting almost a month for my refund from my retuned items and they still have not given me my money back I would never order from them again I would give no stars if possible Just want my money back

I m still waiting for my order Placed it on the 22 of October for an event that has been and gone and still no sign of my dress The tracking initially wasn t sent through to me so I had to chase that up and now the tracking hasn t been updated in over 2 weeks I would hate to imagine what it would be like closer to Christmas So I would keep that in mind before placing an order through them They also don t accept refunds which is annoying as because I have been waiting so long that I don t need the dress anymore

Poor quality only offer store credit for returns

Ordered a few items from this site The quality was just poor Lots of loose threads fabric felt really cheap just not what I expected for the price at all Also they only offer store credit for returns not your money back I didn t even think to check this before purchasing because I ve never shopped anywhere that wont refund your money if you re not satisfied with the products you receive Would never have shopped here if I had checked this beforehand so I guess lesson learned And you have to pay for your own returns So I now have to pay for shipping to get the items in the first place to return the items and for the new items I m now pretty much forced to buy because they only offer store credit And of course on top of that there s import taxes Would not recommend

Returned a dress for a store credit Went on today to spend as finally found a dress I liked only to find that my store credit has expired Total ripe off will never shop with them again

would give a 0 rating if possible

if there was a 0 i would rate that DONT order from this company the material they use are so cheap and not what they describe at all the pieces i ordered looked like they were not made with any type of love threads all over the place seams that were already on the verge of tearing and the materials were not what they described at all i ve be trying to reach them through email and customer service and no one has gotten back to me dont order from here huge scam and disappointment i m still trying to reach someone and have them issue a refund if you re going to sell products like shien at least be honest about it and not rob customers of their money

A joke of a company I paid for my own return they sent me a return label that included the following address 2270 E 220th St Carson CA 90810 the tracking says it arrived I waited 3 months and never got store credit reached out to them and they told me that it needed to be shipped to 8738 E 9th Street Rancho Cucamonga CA 91730 Are you kidding me Don t trust this company

Not received the dress I ordered or any information regarding the dress

Ordered a dress the 23rd of march for a wedding in mid april I sent them an email two weeks after I ordered because I did not get a tracking number nor a confirmation that my order was dispatched The support agent told me they would look into it and get back to me Have not received any confirmation or trackingnumber and it is 1 month since I ordered

HUGE SCAM of a company I thought that this company was a great store and I d ordered from them multiple times I received a dress that the zip broke on 2 hours into my first wear and tried to get it refunded They said they would only offer partial refund because the tags were off and it had been worn which is against the fair trading and consumer law Super disappointed Don t shop here terrible quality and you won t be compensated Their joke of a store policy is essentially an admission of guilt for their poor quality clothing
