CFX does not care about its customers at all

Banning without reason 0 support and big SCAM Hope they dont last long

Good luck if you get falsely banned

This company is falsely banning innocent players automatically Then when you try to contact them for support to resolve the issue they either ignore or delete your request and tell you they do not have a ban appeal process you will just have to wait until the ban expires however they have a section for ban appeals in their Email Support Unfortunately if you try to appeal your ban you will get 2 automated emails from them the first saying that they received your request and the second saying they will not remove the ban regardless if you have video proof you were not cheating Then after the ban expires and you re automatically banned for a second time they still will not assist you in any way They will delete any posts to their forums or discord regarding a ban immediately You are not allowed to speak about being banned They do not care about their customers at all

No support i lost a lot of money

On 6FEB2023 I attempted to log into my regular server which is in compliance with all of Rockstar s new policies for modded servers I was met with a message from Cfx re stating that my account was globally banned for 300 days The message stated that it was an automated ban for cheating The massage also stated that there was no recourse for the situation and that I would just have to wait for the ban to expire I went to their support page where they have a form you can fill out for a ban appeal That will literally get you no where as stated in other reviews You will receive 1 automated e-mail that they received your appeal request then a few days later you will get another e-mail that says Currently we are unable to provide you with an unban in this case as we continue to investigate Note that this is not a final decision and if we find any reason to believe this is a false positive we may revise the decision in the future Regards The Cfx re team After that they will mark your support request as solved If you reply to the request it will mark the status back to open but they will shortly reply again with the same automated e-mail as above and mark the status back to solved Any attempt to get a real person to answer an questions about your ban on any of their other media outlets such as their forum sub-Reddit or discord will result in the posts being deleted ignored and even with you being banned from those media sources It is their policy that it is against the rules to speak about bans in anyway on any of their platforms so there is no way to find out what exactly caused your account to trigger the automated ban There is no list of known software that causes the system to trigger Their FAQ for bans offers no helpful information either

Disappointing Customer Support Experience with CFX re

I have been a long-time user of CFX re utilizing their platform for several years While I acknowledge the quality of their work and appreciate the general consensus surrounding the effectiveness of FiveM I must express my dissatisfaction with CFX re s handling of moderation-related issues Approximately four months ago I reported a server that blatantly violated the Terms of Service Shockingly the server remains operational to this day and my attempts to communicate with CFX re have been met with frustration The only channels available for communication are email and Discord the latter of which poses its own challenges as inquiries often result in mutes or dismissive responses While I understand that companies may require time to address issues a four-month delay is unacceptable especially for a company affiliated with Rockstar Additionally the lack of a viable means to appeal bans is disheartening Moreover I ve experienced instances where forum moderators closed posts without further talking if your forum post gets closed then its closed its a fact there is no way to talk to cfx admins because they either ignore you or you would be happy to talk to someone that can change this In my overall assessment while FiveM stands out as a commendable game platform my experience with CFX re leads me to conclude that they fall short as a company The apparent disregard for customer support coupled with the difficulty of reaching themalot of raises concerns about the company s commitment to its user base look in discord alone It is my sincere hope that CFX re takes steps to address these issues and improve their customer support processes for the benefit of their community

Absolutely disgusting scam

Absolutely disgusting scam i pay money and they ban me for some silly reasons I have paid in over 50 of my own hard worked and earned money They just banned me and support was rubbish no explanation to why this hapoened nor will they continue to reply please DO NOT USE WAIT FOR GTA6 OR DONT USE FIVEM AT ALL SCAMMERS CONNECTED WITH KIDS
