I would not recommend talktalk

I would not recommend talktalk I am trying to report a fault with my elderly unwell mother s landline I have a 5 hour round trip to my mother and talktalk won t acknowledge the fault because I don t know her password I m reporting a fault not asking for information They tested the line and acknowledged that there is a fault but won t put it right because I don t know her password My recommendation is don t use talktalk Wish I could give them a 0 instead of a 1
