If I could give no stars I would AVOID at all costs This company was employed to care for my mum out of the 5 mornings they only supported her once Carers we re very late to a time critical call male carer attended and refused entry as no uniform or ID badge and no carer attended one the last visit Spoke to the coordinator who was rude

Absolutely disgusting care we

Absolutely disgusting care we experienced for my mother 6 weeks with only 2 showers never turned up anywhere near time slots or didn t turn up at all spent most of the time sitting down didn t seam to have any idea what they were doing the poor elderly who have know family support its terrible

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT work for this company They don t care about their workers at all you go out your way to help them but you get stress in return I had a really bad experience with MANSFIELD fosse healthcare they are so disorganised just sit in the office doing nothing they make it seem all nice in the start but trust me don t do it I stayed in this job for less than a month it was that bad you re maybe wondering why is it so bad An example is that i had been working for less than a few weeks i told them i wasn t ready to go out on my own as it s my first time doing care they said it s fine we will only put you on double ups comes to the day i am on my own rang the office they said you ll be fine you re on you re on get on with it when i could have done something completely wrong with a client s medication as i had never met them before The job itself is amazing caring for people is just a great job but i really do recommend if you re thinking of being a care worker do not do it under fosse

Terrible terrible company The ladies in the office have no idea what they are doing Especially the manager lady You will hear them call the clients names aswell as other members of staff You will not be paid correctly you will be any all over the place and if you need any help do t expect any one to answer the phone They have reported numerous times to the CQC and they are very aware of what is going on and they are being watched If you want to work with scruffy carers that sit in their cars and smoke and a clueless management then by all means get a job here Ps there s minimal training

Fosse healthcare are the worse care company around Do not work at gladstone house where if your relatives are being cared for they are not being cared for properly Some staff are lovely but some staff are awful to some of the service users Management is a total joke and it is being run by apes that brush complaints under the carpet My relative was being cared for in the assessment unit and the staff did not have a clue what they was doing One girl did have a strong odour of alcohol on her when I stood near her Avoid at all cost Staff that are hired by fosse are treated very badly AVOID working for these clowns

They serve my gran and grandad my grandad as terminal cancer Apart from 3 carers the care is shocking They ve not even been tonight leaving an old lady with her pad not changed and there false teeth still in Absolute disgrace please don t bother

AVOID THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE CARERS DONT SHOW UP AT THE CALLS OR SEND CARERS WHO DONT COME IN DUE TO DOGS CERTAIN CARERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL PEOPLE ARE BEING LEFT IN URINE NOT BEING WATERED OR EVEN OFFERED FOOD THE ONE THAT HAS HAD FOOD HAVE BEEN GIVEN COLD CRUMPETS WITH NO BUTTER AND A SLICE OF CORNBEEF CERTAIN STAFF MEMBERS DISCUSS OTHER CLIENTS CONTANTLY I COULD NAME A FEW AND TELL THEM NAMES AND ADRESSES PEOPLE HAVE HAD MALICIOUS ACCUSATUONS ABOUT THERE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO LIVE IN THE PROPERTY SOCIAL SERVICES HAVE BEEN CONTACTED ON FAMILY MEMBERS DUE TO THE STATE OF THE PROPERTY WHICH THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE MANAGER IN THE NG8 AREA IS RUDE YOU CANT HAVE ANY CONVERSATIONS WITH HER OR SHE PUTS THE PHONE DOWN IF YOU EXPRESS YOUR VIEWS IVE WORKED IN A FEW CARE COMPANIES AND BY FAR THIS IS THE WORST IVE EVER WITNESSED

Management staff has no management skill No support for carers Certain staff was really rude and cruel to clients Stay away

Utterly useless heath are company never send the right carers male carers my mum Since they took her 2 carers away to bad advice from occupational health each visit it s completely unacceptable as a care company how you got a good rating is beyond me not even sticking to the care plan 2x 30min 7 days a week
