Never again FP insoles

So I order two pairs of insoles today because they said if you buy one you get a free pair well I got the order confirmation and all that in my Gmail but after I checked it it just freaking disappears I can t get a hold of anyone through any of the contact information their emails their numbers nothing what a waste of 50 bucks

What a joke of a company Bought my first pair back in January of 23 and they came but with the wrong grafix with a note saying same insoles but a different graffix not a big deal I thought Then I bought 2 more pairs in March and I only received ONE PAIR WITH NO INVOICE I wrote to them in April about my missing pair and received an auto generated email As time went on I just kinda forgot about it giving them the benefit of the doubt I recently wrote to them explaining my situation WITH PROOF FROM OTHER EMAIL CHAIN WHEN I WROTE TO THEM IN APRIL They obviously didn t bother to read it because they said if you ordered way back in march why are you writing to us now in July READ YOUR GODDAMN EMAILS AND KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDERS FP These guys are unorganised and clearly can t run a business DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Wasted 50 bucks

On February 13 2023 I placed an online order through fpinsoles dot ca Canada There was a confirmation page showing my purchased item the order number and the amount of the purchase which was placed on my credit card After waiting 3 months I remembered when I noticed an ad Fpinsoles had on Instagram page I contacted them on IG and email messages They responded IG by saying Goodbye after sending them the screenshots of my order Lots of users on their Instagram page reported the same issue of not receiving their items on time or not at all as in my case I have sent them several emails including my proof of purchase and request for a full refund They are replied that they did not get my order in their system HELP This company Concrete Visionary - Parent company stole 131 44 from me And my credit card company says I am over the time in which to dispute 120 days Buyers beware

Don t waste your time with these They made my shoes too tight and I was worried that they were going to cause permanent damage to my feet Customer support is lacking they did not honour their 90-day return policy I wasn t able to find any strengths for these overpriced insoles To boot the company has awful customer support These insoles are horrible I tried them in three different pairs of shoes and they made my shoes so tight that I was worried they were going to cause permanent damage to my feet I really wanted to like them so I kept trying but the last time I wore them I had to take them out of my shoes at a fancy restaurant and carry them around all night in my pocket I explained this to the company and that I wanted to return them under the 90 day return policy I ve now gone back-and-forth three times the reps assisting me keep telling me that I just need to give it more time and I keep telling them that I m absolutely not going to use them again Don t bother wasting your time on these especially if you thought the company would actually honour the return policy I ve tried various insoles never had this problem before it s best to explore custom orthotics if you re going to be spending this kind of money

Horrible experience didn t ship my order and won t refund my money

Placed an order and after two weeks 8 business days the order has yet to be fulfilled Support doesn t care about the customers Even if this is the best insoles in the world it is not worth it to deal with the organization because you might not get the product I would rather pay 2x to 3x somewhere else for similar insoles than go through the same experience the organization which is also trying to find a way to not refund my money even though they have yet to ship the product

Rude customer service sent wrong product

Sent the wrong model and then denied it and ignored my email asking to send it back to exchange for what I actually ordered Also quite rude customer service on the EU site Terrible website with inaccurate info as well

Worst returns handling process ever

Worst returns handling process ever Not worth purchasing for this reason alone Even if they resolve it this experience is still a 1 star experience Opened a fraud report with my cc company Not to mention they send the wrong size insoles

BEWARE of FP Insoles SCAM

I ordered from their website after seeing their ads on Facebook and instagram After purchasing there was no confirmation page and I did not receive any confirmation email about my purchase I checked my bank and the payment went through I went to their website and messaged the chat bot and it asked me to leave a message and told me they ll respond within 24hrs It s been more than 3 business days and they still haven t responded I also went to their Facebook business page and left them a message there and 2 business days past and still no response I went back to their website and left them another message and still no response I think FP Insoles company is a fraud and scam Beware and be careful of falling for their ads Do not purchase unless you also want to get SCAMMED
