David Chapman - incredibly helpful

Really good service David Chapman was really helpful and spoke to me beforehand to identify any key issues I had then during the inspection he called me to discuss while in the flat and then afterwards I had a barrage of questions which he patiently answered for around 45 mins on the phone and gave me some really good insight FP were the best I found for price and I had some reservations about this but I was really pleased

FAST QUICK TURN AROUND SUPER PROFESSIONAL I m a first time buyer and this whole process has been daunting I called around a few places to get the best quote and I found FP Surveying From start to finish it has been a great experience I needed my survey report back in the same week and it was achieved Anthony was great and guided me through everything he asked me to point out my key concerns so he could investigate further Inspection was carried out on a Monday and I received my report EOP Tuesday Very happy and would recommend

This was the second property I had surveyed by fp had to pull out of the first due to change in circumstance Stuart did both he found a few problems which were highlighted in his report the report was very thorougher and easy to follow it was sent to me the day after the survey I manged to get some work put right by the vendor and was also successful in renegotiating the sale price Well worth getting the services of fp
