The quality of the customer service
The quality of the customer service provided by the costume department is severely lacking It is incredibly challenging to get in touch with them and their representatives struggle to communicate effectively in proper English making it difficult for customers to understand them This language barrier adds unnecessary frustration to an already unpleasant experience Furthermore I have experienced the inconvenience of having four lost luggage incidents and it took several days to retrieve them Unfortunately I am still missing one of my luggage exacerbating my dissatisfaction with the overall service

Charge me for monthly subscription that I try to buy and cancel even before it started Their reason is they need 1 month notice prior to cancellation How it s possible when I try to buy it 5 days prior go back time I ask the service center but they just keep repeating 1 month prior I never use the parking service for monthly subscription They are tricking people because when you buy they need to put this as caution but instead you find out from the faq page or after you try to cancel Don t trust them like I do and then get trick into paying 232 66 for nothing How many people you trick that you can t identified me I already contact your customer service we have conversation for half a month with summary you dont care 1 month notice and a threat to sent it to collector If you have different approaches put it over here don t be a coward I point out with your term and condition it s renewal with month to month basis that need 1 month notice I didn t even start the first month the charge was illegal Their response is the charge is already been done so I need to deal it from my end If you want to resolve the problem either give your response over here so people can see or give me exact email from indigo not the customer service one because I know you just want to redirect me give me exact same answer and hide because no one can see our email My name is Yurii Meniailo

Double paid for a parking spot no refund even though promised
I reserved a parking space in Barcelona using Indigo last summer The gate would open automatically after scanning my licence plate according to the order confirmation That didn t work so I had to get a ticket No problem I thought since we d look for assistance car park When we tried to leave the parking lot again there was no one around to assist us and we were repeatedly hung up at the intercom presumably because we did not speak Spanish So I had to pay for my ticket to leave the car park As a result I had to pay twice as much for my parking spot I contacted Indigo about this issue and they responded quickly I was asked for various documentation and I was eventually told that my double-paid sum would be repaid in a month Now it s December almost three months later and I still haven t received my refund and Indigo has ignored all of my e-mails about it At this point I assume I won t see my money again but one thing is certain I will never ever book a parking spot through Indigo again and I strongly warn anyone not to do so if they don t enjoy paying double fees Edit 08 01 24 don t bother with this company I mailed them right after they commented on my review Still no response

following a human technical problem I was charged 2 times
following a technical problem the barrier did not open and the operator made me pay for the exit Having an account with plate recognition with them I should have had the barrier open The next day an email announcing that my car is still parked 24 hours later I answer the ticket with all the necessary information departure time plate amount paid at the exit number of the card used and the next day I receive an invoice with puncture on my MasterCard linked to my indigo account in short 3 days of exchange later with proof of payment sent they finally deign to make a refund I finds it inadmissible to have had to exchange for more than 3 days to prove my payment when they had all the necessary information
