Great costumer service And great case too
My front audio-jack was giving me some trouble with my Fractal Design Define R4 The case is more than 2 years old so I messaged their support team to see if I could get to buy a new audio mic-jack component to the front end of the case Within 30 min I received an e-mail saying that I should send my serial number and address and they would send me an replacement audio-kit which would arrive in around 7 days free of charge Now that is amazing costumer service and I just wanted to thank the support team over at Fractal Design for helping me out Also I really enjoy the case

Fantastic company
Fantastic company Despite my case being over 3 years old after contacting the company about how to order some cable which was defective when I did apply too much pressure I was pleased to know that they would send the part free of charge Didn t expect it just being able to order a spare part which from most of the manufacturers is almost impossible that was a pleasant surprise Built quality is many levels above some so called premium brands A

Sent replacement screw for case panel free of charge within a week
I sent them an email saying I lost one of the screws to my Meshify C case and they offered to send me the screw free of charge My email was replied to within a day with a link to a order replacement form The customer support was very friendly and helpful I cannot speak for how they would deal with missing orders or faulty parts from an initial purchase however their replacement system was excellent Though I doubt if it was the entire side panel that was damaged I would receive a new one Nonetheless it was brilliant customer service and in an era of paper pushers I am glad there is still some logical simplicity left in the world

Fantastic company and customer service
Fantastic company after buying my case a couple of years ago I asked about a replacement side panel since mine was pretty scratched up as it s plastic and didn t take well to anything touching it They offered me a replacement right away Excellent

I damaged the headphone port on the
I damaged the headphone port on the front panel of my case by tripping on a cable and contacted support about purchasing a replacement part Support both phone and email was very professional responsive helpful in getting me a replacement shipped out ASAP Great case and incredible support experience Thank you Fractal Design

Great customer service
I broke my define C glass plane accidentally last month Then I contacted the support immediately In the same day I got their response They were so kind that they agreed to send me another plane free of charge and redirecting me my local distributor I am satisfied with their responsiveness and effectiveness

Vector RS Led was defective
Vector RS Led was defective troubleshooted it myself and opened a support ticket updating every step I did eventually I solved it and the problem was due to a faulty PCB even after I solved it myself using rubber grommets they still offered to send a new PCB

One of the best cases around
I m currently building in the Define R6 - USBC and it s a truly excellent case The modularity and expandability is exceptional and the build quality is some fo the best I ve worked with Having spent a lot of time working with Corsair and Deep Cool cases this has made for a wonderful change

Good customer service
Recently decided to give my Define R5 some upgrades and discovered I was lacking screws to fit the case After struggling to find the info online from other users I emailed customer support They let me know exactly which screws I needed and even offered to send some for free if I couldn t find them elsewhere Thanks for your help Shane Fractal Cheers
