Slight delay but great customer service
Bought 2 hoodies from them the quality is really nice The delivery took longer than usual but they did state on the site that there would be a delay on the specific item I ordered because of high someone called Amy from customer service even apologised for the delay Would use them again 100

Poor customer service Simply ignore emails
I ordered in Black Friday offer but wanted to return after Xmas Everyone orders Black Friday for Xmas don t they and there is a chance the items might Not be right fit etc I Cant see a way of returning online and I have emailed countless times Just ignored completely
