Poor service and delivery
Since this site turned from lattafa de into fragra de it has been a joke Before this 4 working days was the longest i waited for my delivery Since then it is whenever it gets here it gets here I placed an order on Thursday 29th August at 5am It is now Friday the 6th September 7 working days and nothing So many better sites to purchase from than this shower filledwithbakarah or perfumeoriental to mention a couple Get your act together guys I ve spent over 500 in the last year purchasing lattafa products but i won t spend another euro for such poor service I sent messages and emails on the Friday afternoon and of course no reply so to those giving 5 reviews about top notch fast customer care Really Best of luck Fragra You ll need it Little update It arrived on Monday in a plastic bag the box ruined with water damage and ripped open plastic on fragrance boxes torn also They also sent me one wrong bottle They said it will be refunded We ll see

Useless Fragra staff
So i ve revised my review of the company and their service No big change After a late damaged package arrived with an incorrect bottle of fragrance it sent me over the edge as it was too late to present to a friend on his birthday I was refunded for the mistake and given an apology Fair enough However i still see plenty of room for improvement In particular in relation to the customer service My 15 discount code i recieved with my last order is not working Contacted them 2 days ago with a photo of the code on the card and again nothing back from customer service At the end of the day the value is extraordinary and lattafa produce quality products therefore thanks to lattafa i ll continue to buy the products but expect nothing from fhe distributor They re useless As for Haris commenting on my review here are the facts My delivery came damaged incorrect and the customer service was and is extremely poor When you advertise 4 5 days delivery time then that s what i expect When i order and pay for a product and they send the incorrect fragrance how is that 99 my mistake Nobody is looking for something for nothing just what i ordered and paid for and delivered on time Stay in your lane and worry about yourself kid As for the German emplyee talking up the customer service c mon guys we know it s you the staff Pretty pathetic Put your energy into doing a better job

Great prices shipping and service
Great website for ordering Middle Eastern fragrances in Europe Great prices and super fast shipping I had one perfume break in transit I just took some photos of the damaged box and product and fragra sorted me out with a refund for the broken item Each order I make they include a card with a 15 off coupon so now I m well and truly hooked

Everything is perfect even better
Hello I would like to share my experience with this site I can say that they were fast but now they are even faster Whatever I needed they always responded quickly within 2 hours I have been ordering from them for over a year lattafa de and fragra de actively and really not once has it happened that at least 1 perfume was missing on the contrary they always added a few more as a gift I would also advise you not to pay attention to lazy people who only look for flaws and ask for money back for the smallest trifle even though in 99 of cases they are to blame I also read that they don t put additional protection in the packages that s true But they actually fill the package nicely so that there is no room for the perfumes to break so far not a single broken perfume has arrived So much from me I recommend everyone to shop here and a big shout out to their whole team Maria Michael

Insanely responsive support
I got a gift package set it came broken at 11PM the day before I sent an email asking for urgent support given that this gift is supposed to be handed to my fiance I got an email 9 07AM in the morning with a replacement package shipping number that s insane time to respond probably the fastest complaint action I ve witnessed from an online retailer Thanks
