Why they have changed the quality of 833

I have ordered 833 and unfortunately it was far away of the smell of the previous product 833 The formerly bought product was really amazing I have written a complaint and they have offered to my 20 discount for the next order All I need to do was to send back that bottle of 833 but there was not a receipt inside of the package Therefore I would not send them back the order because they need a receipt and I can t receive a refund I am afraid that they have found the right way to lose customers-to sell expensive products with a poor quality I am sorry but I am really disappointed of my order of 833
