I ordered a frame with a custom plaque for my partner s anniversary Within hours Kirk had already emailed me with a visual of how the plaque would look The frame arrived within 2 weeks and it was a huge hit The glass frame did unfortunately have a few cracks but he responded quickly with a partial refund without any issue I will be ordering again in the future
