I wish there were no stars The customer service team have exchanged about 10 texts with me after their own issued introductory offer of 10 discount didn t work I have had several explanations including requests for me to prove I had a code from them my strong advice would be to shop anywhere but here

Terrible customer service
Frankbros has terrible customer service with mostly automated responses that don t deal with the issue I would advise anyone in the US not to order anything from Frankbros as they do not have their export documents prepared and your package will get stuck in customs and you will receive no assistance or information There are much better and service friendly options

Do not order from here if you re in the UK they take the money they tell you your order will be delayed by 6 weeks you wait 6 weeks and chase it takes 7 days to get a response to then be told it will be a further 6 weeks Trying to get money back now - I wonder how painful this process will be too Avoid

Awful Ordered some glasses as a first order and apparently stock ran out so the order was cancelled I only found this out when I checked the order realising nothing had arrived Asked for a refund and what happened on three occasions to no refund still waiting three months later Avoid

Untrustworthy
Very very dubious retailer Have placed an order fairly expensive chair which never arrived Upon contacting them they claimed at the same time that the parcel was returned to them by the courier and that the product was in fact out of stock a refund was issued received with advice from Frankbros to replace the order a 10 discount was offered which I did replaced the order foolishly Second order got lost in the post as well I must mention that I have contacted the courier myself directly regarding both orders which courier both times did not know anything about any of the parcels Today I was advised by Frankbros while still not having received the refund for the second order to replace the order for the 3rd time Madness very unreliable cannot imagine how this company functions

Awful customer service
Awful customer service Ordered a set of six coloured wine glasses The set should have been six unique glasses but they sent duplicates In contacting them to look for a resolution I was told I d have to return all the glasses and reorder The returns process is a nightmare insanely complicated instructions incorrect documents being sent to me and very very slow replies I ve been trying to deal with them for weeks and it s getting nowhere Useless company avoid

My experience with FrankBross has been nothing short of disappointing Here s why Delayed Responses Their customer service took over a month to address my concerns Unacceptable Inconsistent Communication I spoke with different representatives each unaware of my previous interactions Lack of continuity adds to the frustration No Phone Support Email-only communication is inconvenient A phone line would have been helpful Gift Message Missing Despite ordering gifts the personalized message was absent A missed opportunity Wrong Item Sent Instead of what I ordered I received something entirely different Major mix-up No Compensation Surprisingly no compensation was offered for the hassle endured In summary FrankBross needs urgent improvements in customer service I hope they learn from this feedback
