Don t risk signing up with Frank when there are better customer services
I ve been receiving a LPG supply for 24 years to my property from various suppliers without any issues until the weekend I recently signed up with Frank and the first delivery was this weekend I ran into the delivery man leaving the property stating he couldn t deliver due to health and safety reasons I ve never had health and safety issues for 24 years so you can imagine my surprise to find out I all of a sudden had them I tried contacting someone for answers but no customer service support over the weekend On Monday I receive an email stating they had cancelled my account as they couldn t be my provider I tried ringing but never got to talk to anyone despite requesting a callback I would ve liked an opportunity to discuss the options to correct the supposed health and safety issue but was never given an opportunity Customer service is appalling so I ve cancelled my energy account with them as well This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating

These people don t seem to answer their phones and I keep getting told I have rung outside their hours even though it is 3pm in the afternoon The communication is so poor There are also no options on the chat bot for me to choose to get any answers from them Terrible communication and that is enough for me to leave after 25 years being with Energy Online

They don t refund you for your unused
They don t refund you for your unused gas when you change providers unless it is a full bottle Out of 45 kgs only 15kgs was used and they said we cant refund you for 30kgs thats pretty bad I paid 165 for 45 kgs out of which 110 should have been refunded Such bad customer service too

DO NOT JOIN FRANK ENERGY Frank Energy do not deserve 1 star I joined Frank Energy for 2 weeks I went online to set up a direct debit and I noticed my weekly power bill estimate was nearly double what I had paid with my previous electricity provider I tried to contact them about it No one would answer their phone I kept on getting a phone message saying I had called out of their work hours I phoned during the week many many times between 9 - 5 Their phone message is so irritating I could not hear it one more time So I tried to reach them on their live chat which didn t work either You could fill out an online survey on their website but guess what that didn t work either After a number of days I gave up and changed electricity providers

An 18 increase in gas
An 18 increase in gas March bill the 45kg gas was 140 including GST and now it s 164 No mention or email in regards to increase and their website says prices last increased 22 August 2022 which is misleading and not true A 24 increase per bottle is outrageous

Signup with frank energy
Have signed up with frank wanted to see difference was previously with electric kiwi so far and it s been 2weeks and they still haven t transfered my power which I ve never had with any company ever if this is how long it takes well that s just shocking No contact from anyone regarding process emails or anything will update this along the way recommendations don t join this power company unless you want issues

Absolutely Terrible Stay well Clear of them
I singed up with Frank with good rates promised on the email quote From day 1 it went bad They connected us to the wrong plan There is no one you can call so by email the consultant said it would be fixed I got sent a few days after sign up a notice of a rates increase including 50 increase in the day rate I got sent a huge bill after 1 month I tried to query about the wrong rates But no one answers I eventually paid thinking I would sort out later They then cut off the power Its now been several days without power and no one answers when you call or email Just a chat bot that says call someone else Stay well clear of these guys I don t think there is a company that could provide a worse example of customer service

Worst experience I have ever had with a power company - I was charged for power line when the power was never connected - then charged a large fee to disconnect the power - despite it never being connected in the first place Very poor communication from company - happy to charge me line rental without initiating actual connection Very poor - would not recommend
