Thankfully FreeAgent is so good and the documentation is excellent too that I have only had to contact support 2 or 3 times However every time dealing with support has been a pleasure very prompt replies and the advice has led to speedy resolutions Wholeheartedly recommend

Worth the effort of getting to understand it

As per the title it is worth the effort of getting to understand it and basic accounting As a small scale sole trader it seemed somewhat overkill for my purposes but thats fine just use what you need and forget the rest I am pleased I got to know it

Excellent accounting software and we really find it useful and easy to use When we do have any questions we are able to ask via support email and telephone support which is excellent The team are very nice people I might add also

The support I received was exceptional The live Getting Started webinar I attended actually put me off using Freeagent because the video was such poor quality and I m afraid I could neither see what was happening nor understand the presenter After 10 minutes I decided return to my QuickBooks 2008 However after using Mettle for a while it was clear Mettle and Freeagent were closely aligned and I decided to try again the support response from Iain was speedy very encouraging and as a result I am now working happily I think One comment I would make is that in the Support Videos it is very very difficult to see where the mouse is pointing because it is tiny When the presenter says Click Here one has no idea where there is Eventually I figured it out but my simple needs should not be that difficult to learn But I do appreciate the quality and simplicity of the user interface of Freeagent now I understand it

This is the perfect accounting suite for any small business It s incredibly easy and quick to use links seamlessly with your bank accounts and includes online submission of VAT and Payroll returns as standard I couldn t recommend this more highly
