I am very happy that every thing was sorted very quickly when it comes to rescheduling our flight The agent was very helpful and very quick on giving me the best deal Now we are looking forward to our flight to Turkey

I had to rebook my flight due to being to unwell to fly Freebird was the cheapest but from start to finish they were amazing I didn t put a foot on the floor until i reached my seat on the plane I was even put in a personal lift up to the plane which would have been so much effort if i had had to walk up the stairs of the plane The stewardess were so nice really kind and couldn t do enough for me The plane was clean there was ample leg space and when we didn t have and money on us for food we only had card the stewardess gave us tea and a sandwich I d defiantly fly with them again in a heartbeat

Brilliant service

After reading some of the reviews regarding this airline I was very anxious to fly with them as both my children have nut allergies However after contacting ground ops the day before my flight I was amazed by the way the handled the situation the communication and compassion was on point I flew from Gatwick to Antalya and the Cabin crew stated several times that they had passengers with nut allergies and that nuts were not permitted to be eaten and they would not be selling them on my return fight I was contacted a few days before to confirm my flight details and once again the cabin crew stated that there were passengers with nut allergies on board and no nuts permitted or to be sold Delays were normal as with other airlines I think on the way out about 30-45 minutes and on return 10-15 minutes The cabin crew were friendly and attentive the flight was ok just a shame that there s always inconsiderate passengers on board Would defo fly with this airline again

-seats was comfortable recline function -the cabin was a bit dirty-flight attendant were kind-smooth landing-cheap food compare to ryanair or wizz both plane i flew on was 18 years old a bit old but its okay -delay jul2 -2 30hour I jul9 1hour
