Keep it simple
Great experience all round I ve just taken delivery of my new VW T-Cross from Freedom I can t speak highly enough about the customer experience that I have had It s rare for companies to actually walk the walk as well as talk the talk In my experience I have found that you will be promised the earth but after you sign on the dotted line the customer care rarely lives up to the hype I first spoke to Freedom two weeks before Christmas and even with the holiday it s taken them less than a month to get my new car to me I have been kept in the loop at every stage from the initial financing paperwork being offered GAP insurance - but feeling under no pressure to accept it and the courtesy call after the driver dropped my car off I leased from them through my business 10 years ago and found the process to be smooth now this personal lease has cemented my opinion that Freedom are the go-to choice for leasing I will be recommending them to everyone
