Very good personal interaction Good discussion of both holiday destination and flight planning FD also gave us ideas of good excursions to go on based on their personal experience We also valued the opportunity to visit their office since we were staying nearby at time of booking

Have used Freedom Asia a few times over the years Most recently we just wanted some winter warmth within a budget Jazzmin had a chat about the sort of holiday we wanted and suggested a couple of options She came back quickly with a good itinery including a hotel she had used fairly recently and within a few hours of our original enquiry we had our holiday booked Having looked on some of the larger holiday companies websites I know the prices are competitive but with Freedom Asia the holiday is tailored to exactly what we want
