I have been with many different insurance companies over my life- and I have to say with my hand on my heart this is the best one in terms of administration and the convenience of how my claim was handled I mainly spoke to a very polite man called Stephen my first claim who not only guided me through everything I had to do but was very empathetic towards my situation I have called three or four times and have been able to speak to somebody with no waiting time whatsoever I am actually a medical secretary and know the difficulties I have trying to speak to other insurance companies- I usually give up There was a query with my claim but this was dealt with very quickly and I was able to book an appointment to see a consultant the very same day and approved for my MRI within minutes of calling Stephen today - long may it continue

I ve been with Freedom for 3 years now and genuinely have to say I can t fault them I see with my own patients how they often don t want to use their insurance due to it always being a hassle whereas I tend to get an phone GP appointment with on the day I call and have the referral letter on the same following day The Freedom claims team are helpful quick and in a good mood when picking up the phone unlike most customer service Special thanks to Shannon Richard Holly and others whose names I cannot remember
