What was great about my recent experience was that APEC customer service recognized the issue I was experiencing asked me for pics of the affected part and proof of purchase and then sent replacement parts t fix the issue Everything is fine now

It was time to replace the pre-filters As I had such a wonderful experience when I first bought the ultimate reverse osmosis equipment I went ahead and bought the replacement filters It s great to have such a reliable equipment for the water you are drinking daily

Update APEC sent me an Ultimate Filter set to replace the one that I was unhappy with and the water tastes much better I was informed by 2 different APEC representatives that theFL-GAC10 filter was your best charcoal filter but found the water tasted better with the Ultimate filter The last representative I spoke with told me that the charcoal filter does not affect taste but your website says it does I really liked the phone support when I had charcoal filter clog earlier than a year but on the filter quality feel that the phone representatives need better training
