They don t have any costumer service I wrote a email I didn t get any answer also on whatsapp they have costumer service which is not really working Since 1 week I m using unlimited internet for 0 99 but on my PayPal they are also getting 0 69 And I m trying to contact them I ve no idea how can get my money back

Absolutely horrible customer service
Internet speed is OK I recently had some issues due to some things I have overlooked and now I ve been trying to reach them for almost 24 hours through WhatsApp and email and i have not gotten any form of response They just left me in the dark and I contacted them during work hours They deserve an award for worse customer service ever in the whole world Internet is ok and it works as advertised but one should take note that customer service is virtually non-existant

I have more than 7 current contracts and since 5 years in germany I never faced a problem when I wanted to make a contract with any provider because I pay always on time and I am not listed in the SCHUFA UNTIL I discovered this company They simply refused my contract without mentioning any reason What an incompetence and impertinence from your part Unbelievable Just because of this disrespect I will write everyday negative review about you on the other review websites for at least 1 month

Support is awfull and they deactivate my sim card after i payed for it And sayed its to late paid but paid is automatic and i can not get my number back Specialists better go other provider if you doesnt mean lose your number

This is unbelievable
This is unbelievable It oscilating between between network completely off and very slowly grinding network I am considering just to stop paying because the company is not delivering their service I remember this sort of service back in mid 1990s with a dialup connection since then it has never happened before It has been like that for almost one month
