Travel diaries
I order a photo book for each holiday we take I can add notes to the text add as many photos as I like and I ve always been thrilled with the results I use the app which is easy to use and upgrade my books to hard covers and glossy pages they re not cheap but the results are stunning I ve been ordering a few years now and have a lovely collection of books almost like travel diaries Excellent

Refusing refunds to customers
Similar experience to the other posts Ordered early knowing carrier was Royal Mail Invoice and dispatched details an aid should arrive by 14th December sadly it didn t arrive I used the contact us form requesting refund I received two identical emails saying they will send a replacement I responded twice requesting a refund not a replacement and then there has been no response to my emails and or request for the complaints procedure No contact telephone number to speak to anyone which make communication impossible I will never use this company again and would not recommend using their service

I ordered a photobook for a Christmas Dissatisfied Service
I ordered a photobook for a Christmas present well in advance of Christmas The photobook arrived late so I wasn t able to give it as a gift however on checking through the pages four of them were badly damaged Despite several emails and sending photographic evidence of the damage I have had no response Very disappointed and I won t be recommending them to anyone

Was offered a free photo book and 2 00 deliveryWas charged for the book and charged 6 99 for postage On complaining they came with many excuses even though I cancelled the order very quickly on their app which they say was not there They are still arguing the point with me A very disrespectful company and quite frankly suspect

Shoddy product and atrocious customer service
Previously received a first class product which was why I was so disappointed to order and receive a premium photobook with pages only half stuck together Contacted customer services who initially got back to me but have since not made any contact despite repeated requests over 10 days and it being a week until Christmas Do not recommend for shoddy product and worse customer service Highly disappointing
