paid for three bracelets but never received them I wrote them a letter please refund or send my merchandise excuse us but we delivered - they answered and sent me a delivery report in another country than I live and asked them to deliver Once again I wrote please deliver to the right address or refund Nothing until now I paid in February 2023 now it s almost August 2023 I do NOT recommend this company It s really a scam

The quality is flimsy The company Free Vibes did not provide the cuffs that keep the long strands in place on the bracelet rather than dangling around my wrist I have repeatedly asked them to send the cuffs for the four bracelets I paid for and they they have not responded or replied in any way I will never buy from Free Vibes again

The process was easy and the items are of good quality there are only 2 things that made me give 4 instead of 5 stars 1 the delivery didn t happen within the expected time it took a few days more 2 the bracelets are quite large I am supposed to need a 18 19cm wide bracelet to have a good fit and they are way larger than I was expecting the smaller I can do them leave enough space for putting 2 fingers inside That said I think they are worth the price buying them with offers
