My representative although quite serious all the time was outstanding She had to deal with my changing criteria times weights etc for over two months Most would have given up but she stuck with me I was lucky to get such good customer service

Searched the internet and found FreightCenter com - tried a quick quote request and was pleased that there were many freight companies listed showing various rates and delivery times as well as insurance coverages Got more specifics on my machine and called Freight Center as it was big and heavy Vicky Gentry was my agent and did a fantastic job getting me an incredible rate through TForce Trucking I had to reschedule several times due to the vendor s needs and Vicky handled the negotiations with TForce My machine just arrived this AM I live in the country - 10 miles off the blacktop and we offloaded the machine very efficiently The best shipping experience I ve ever had and the most professional nicest people to deal with I ll be back Thank you

Angela Hendricks has gone above and beyond to help us with our shipping Recently I booked a pickup and was unsure about the delivery on the receiving end Ms Hendricks reached out to the receiver and made the necessary arrangements in order for our customer to receive their items on time at the correct location

Stephen Ulrich did a fantastic job There were some challenges getting the pallet right on the oversized package but he was patient and helpful the whole way through Once shipped it was a smooth process and the package arrived on time

Delivery gone wrong Great Customer Care Service from Mike Appice

Ease of booking pricing and pick up went smooth for the freight of an expensive refrigerator being shipped from FL to CA The sub contracted delivery went wrong total loss on the refrigerator but what Im writing about is the excellent customer service I received from Mike Appice Although the loss seemed straight forward to me and I had insurance on the item I don t think things would have gotten resolved without his hard work Mike had to be the liaison between the Claim adjuster the insurers and me and did so with great integrity follow up and timeliness He went the extra mile and I cant say enough great things about his attention and care with my issue Thank you Mike

Just a GREAT experience all around From my Rep Darlene and the rest of the people I dealt with this experience was seamless Constant communication from both Freight Ctr and the shipper even when I made several changes to my contract Would recommend them to anyone I ll definitely use their services for my next move too
