Poor communication By the time you told me you the item was out of stock it was too late to get it elsewhere before Christmas Disappointing as I ordered in good time

The parcel took over a month to reach me I asked politely of what happened There was no communication Moreover one of the items was not what I had ordered just a low cost substitute A great disappointment
