This company deserves more than 5 in its customer service quality and choice of goods and responsiveness to enquiries and orders There are no showrooms or shops but their service is second to none My enquiry for samples of kitchen door handles was dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner over the phone I received my samples the next day My subsequent larger order was also delivered the next day despite ordering late in the day I had also underordered - this was promptly and helpfully rectified over the phone I cannot rate this company highly enough In dealing with Joe he enables you to feel listened to and in such a friendly manner The company has a wide range of choices deals with orders efficiently and provides brilliantly good value Their products are excellent Thank you

WOW simply the best
WOW I cannot set out fully how impressed I am by this company After weeks of trawling the internet for handles for a bedroom project we came across French Furniture Fittings and could not believe the choice and value for money I placed an order easily at 2pm on Friday and the minimal postage delivered the goods by Saturday morning The handles were outstanding quality and arrived with a range of screws to assist with fitting options I am now scouring my house looking for other opportunities to switch handles just to use this form again Get ordering you will not be disappointed

I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody who needs to buy new handles for their furnishings Excellent next day delivery service Not very often that I am able to leave five star review Very pleased with the handles received also came with additional length screws which I found very handy Cheaper than Amazon and very helpful when contacting them for help

Superb quality
Superb quality value and service- my order was late and so I called to ascertain when I could expect it Turned out that I had put the wrong door number on my delivery address French Furniture Fittings sorted out a re delivery the next day at no extra cost despite it being my error- I cannot recommend enough really good company and will use again

Straight forward advice - a great range of products which are well designed and understated - great prices - on time delivery - performed better than I hoped or expected - so top marks for them - I trust them and which is not something that you can always do I hope to update this review in a few years to tell you how well the things I bought lasted
