I bought this scarf as a gift It is sooo soft and great size Lovely to touch It is nice and cozy An amazing quality fabric and looks more expensive as it is so pleased

Great idea until you turn around and get a lumpy folded back Tried all the variations too much hassle to get it right feels lumpy and twisted Not easy to arrange I am small size 8 didn t work for me

The company does not make returns easy The product didn t fit I live in the US and to make a return I have to ship it to England - It s ridiculous They sent an email saying it was shipped from the UK but the package I received said it was shipped from FL

No refund for returns

Had to return one of those stupid cardigans poor quality and impossible to use Firstly you have to pay for your own returns product was NOT as described so why should I be out of pocket You have to email for a returns label That took 3 days I then returned the item This was in January They received it 3 days later tracking shows this Fast forward to first week in March and I had to chase them for a refund Rude person answering emails Kirsty you need customer service training asap says it s not received I share tracking with them and got a rude email We don t know where that is so you need to contact Royal Mail Bunch of scammers selling cheap Chinese Tat clothes at rip off prices AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not buy Poor quality scarf and the kicker is that you have to pay to return their tat Was supposed to be for a Christmas gift but I would be embarrassed to give that to someone as a present Unless you re a size 12 or less you re not going to be able to wear it all the ways they show you on the website The edges of the scarf were all wavy as it hadn t been stretched properly as it was being made The clear branded envelope that it came in was open and the scarf was hanging out when I opened the parcel Clearly there s no quality control when it comes to packaging Scarf looks cheap and it s definitely not super soft as it says on their website I got it in a Black Friday deal and even with the 40 off it was expensive for what it was Can t believe they have the audacity to charge 45 full price for mass produced rubbish
