FRF plasmarl Swansea service department are an absolute joke Nearly a week they have had my van which was booked in in advance with a repeated problem that had obviously not been repaired properly the first time I was told on the Friday all the parts and repairs will take place today and it will be ready for pick up on the same day which is today Monday 21st February 2022 after several phone calls many of them chasing up non existent call backs in regards to when it would be ready I have now been told it ll be another 24 hours Considering they were well informed days in advance it was a repeated issue it s a Vauxhall van going into a Vauxhall repair centre they would be a bit better placed and a bit more rapid with their work The women working the calls who I know are sat next to each other are useless at communicating considering communicating is their job one couldn t tell me what the other had said despite sitting 3 foot away from each other If Vauxhall weren t so greedy and keeping certain cpu codes locked so only their computers can diagnose the issues I would have taken my van elsewhere unfortunately I m tied to have to deal them I will never buy a Vauxhall again if this is how they run their service department

Shocking Treatment
Shocking treatment purchased a new Mokka and it comes with its very own manufacturing fault the tailgate catches the bumper this is a known fault with no apparent fix Our car has been in twice and after a total of six weeks they sent it back with a boot that doesn t close properly and the lights out of alignment To make things worse Mike Watts looked us straight in the eye and told us it was absolutely fine and apparently you are meant to see daylight through the boot when it s closed He also insisted that we were the only people with this problem turns out many many people have this problem including Mike We tried to reject the car and were referred to Vauxhall Finance for them to investigate Apparently you need to investigate when you are in receipt of an independent report at a cost to ourselves of 125 that states what we ve already told you there s a fault with the boot As suspected Vauxhall Finance never got back to us at the end of eight weeks I m guessing they can t legally deny us rejecting the car so now we are stuck paying for a car that we can t even trade in as nobody wants to touch it This has now been referred to the Financial Ombudsman and I m sure as a company you ll be be over the moon so you can keep running down the clock Make no mistake we are going nowhere quietly We will take this all the way After being gas lighted in the dealership and ghosted by Vauxhall Finance its made us more determined than ever that you should be held accountable Shame on you FRF we ve purchased a total of 13 cars from you we held you in high regard Why you you would want to treat repeat custom like this astounds us All you ever needed to do was own up and communicate instead we have be treated like imbeciles Never ever will we let this go going forward we are intent on making this as common knowledge as we can so other people are not conned into paying for substandard vehicles

Appalling and Dangerous Customer Service
Vauxhall BridgendWe have an old Vauxhall and we recently went shopping for a new car and looked at Vauxhalls here - The salesman was just about OKThe guys in the parts dept are good - we usually have a laugh about their ridiculous prices and I go elsewhereThe service reception however is awful The service receptionists sit in a dirty poorly furnished barn-like room behind the sales area When I dropped off the old Vauxhall off for a routine job I went into the Reception area and there were three women behind desks gossiping They ignored me I made my presence felt and one of them disdainfully said Yes Throughout the ensuing brief conversation she was curt unfriendly and unhelpful She was also unkempt she hadn t brushed her hair she was casually dressed and looked unwashed When I returned to collect the car I saw a different receptionist she was a bit more presentable and not quite as rude She pushed my keys and a an invoice at me didn t explain what they had done and asked for payment I asked where the car was and she said outside It wasn t The receptionist seemed quite annoyed by the need to go and find it When I got home I looked at the invoice and saw that FRF had done a Complimentary Health Check which hadn t been mentioned when I booked the car in dropped it off or collected it I then found the Health Check Report stapled to the back of the invoice and was alarmed to read the first item in red was Immediate Attention - Declined - and details of a dangerous tyre and a blank space where the price should have been I am appalled that I was allowed to drive off without this dangerous defect having been brought to my attention It goes without saying that I will not be tying myself to this company for 3 -15 years by buying a new car from them

Russian roulette
My partner and I got car from Car Warehouse on 1st Feb this year No issues with Car Warehouse Unfortunately we had to take it to FRF Vauxhall in Swansea Plasmarl service to check various dashboard fault messages It took them longer but at the end nothing was done only a suggestion about one of them as it was about tyre pressure Then we had issue with window which I couldn t close once opened on warm summer day After false promises unreturned calls and three weeks we finally got the car back fixed I was hoping that s the end of it But no I couldn t start it a month ago and with the help of our neighbour we could manage to start it and take it to closest Screwfix Due to previous poor experience with Vauxhall I was hoping we could get it fixed there instead of taking the car to Frf Vauxhall and avoid dissapointnent They told me it s battery and it costs 183 to change As we just had gone into debt due to sudden boiler breakdown I wanted to save money and took it to Frf Vauxhall instead Longer to fix but at least free due to 2year warranty right Not quite Two weeks for them to change battery with usual communication issues and then we physically went there a week ago They initially said it is ready only for my partner to be told by their manager there that it is not It now needs changing fuse box When looking more into their computer application turns out no one has ordered the part waiting on what exactly When asked about courtesy car told us we could get it when part arrives So now it s been a month still no comms on progress since our visit in Plasmarl Takeaways from our experience 1 More then 2 months this car has spent in service out of 9 since we have it and pay for 2 To get a update you need to physically go there as communication is a big issue3 2 year warranty is only as good as the dealership service they provide4 No more cars from Car Warehouse for us if the warranty is through FRF Vauxhall 5 Due to this delay we had financial loses mainly due to lost job opportunities and worsening health not just mental pressures If you re lucky with car it would not matter but if you have any issues and it needs fixing good luck

Having broken knob on handbrake on my mokka
Having broken knob on handbrake on my mokka went to Frf they said I would have to buy the handbrake lever 230 without fitting it found said knob on ebay new for 9 99 ATS will fit it for not much as its an easy job Vauxhall rip off merchants beware

Charge for rectifying issues present at manufacture
Took my Astra to them paid them for the day to diagnose clutch issue only to be told that they didn t need to look at it because there was a technical bulleting stating that there were parts fitted at time of manufacture that were known to be faulty so was shocked when they told me I would have to pay 1300 to rectify the issues as it was out of warrantee I really needed a reliable car for my wife who is disabled very unfair

DO NOT DEAL WITH FRF HAVERFORDWEST All they want is your money I had a new CHR and part exchanged my Jaguar Eight days later I still have not had my balance And the way sales staff have dealt with me has been rude and confrontational I have never had such appalling after service

Very let down and disappointed
I m very disheartened and disappointed in the customer service department I ordered a new Mokka on mobility in January I was told it would arrive in June I rang at the beginning of may to be told it would be ready by the end of may so I confirmed this twice with the same sales man Only to be let down and told it would be another 6 months understandably it had been delayed but there was no communication I wasn t told anything until I rang them to confirm dates Poor attitude from the sales team and overall my experience has been a massive let down I have cancelled the car and will be finding another dealership I would definitely not recommend buying from Vauxhall
