After purchasing a high pressure fuel pump for my wife s car the part arrived with a bent fuel tube After installing the part it failed to pump fuel The companies response was that the pump would function with a bent fuel tube with no response about the fact that it did not work after installation The final decision from the company was to offer me a 20 refund for a 93 part DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Cheap parts

I ordered water pump thermostat car was in shop waiting for parts Mechanic told me wrong thermostat but installed water pump 20 miles later the car over heated again just like when in went in to shop Towed car back mechanic said water pump failed Bought another one different place problem solved But when I called Fridays they would not pay for second repair or the towing So I had to pay twice cause they sold me a faulty part Never do business with this shady company I will ruin you 5 star reputation on your web site and everywhere else I can

I m honest the switch is not for any

I m honest the switch is not for any new holland It is a boat ignition switch So there for it s no good to me It has a push for the electric chock on a boat or maybe a tractor that you preheat glow plugs A New Holland has a 4-passion switch Acc off on and start

Terrible

I didn t receive an invoice for the part bought instead I got an invoice for the import duty form Fedex Can t seem to log back on the account I used ether as the e-mail is not recognised even though conformation of order was sent on this address complet shambles

An absolute joke

I ordered undersized main rod bearings on 1 16 2025 They arrived a week later and according to the markings on the box they were 25 mm undersized We ground the crank 25mm under and discovered the bearings were stamped 20 I made them aware of it and the customer Service guy said he would escalate it to the sales team get back to me the following business day At the end of the day I d heard nothing so I called and he said he hadn t heard anything yet The next day I try to call wait on hold ten minutes then I get a recorded voice that says we can t find an agent to help you please send us an email I send an email no response The next day I call back and girl answers She told me the entire sales team I think it s probably one guy is on vacation until February 4th So I move the entire project aside and wait I try to call again and get the we re too busy message every time I call I send an email no response no response no response Finally I get a response and it took 3 more days to finally get a tracking number and they ll be here on the 11th nearly a month after the initial order I m pretty sure you won t see this posted on their website Update 2 11 2025 They wrote last week to inform mr that they had finally sent the correct bearings and provided a tracking that says they should arrive today After I wrote the original review they offered me a 6 discount on my next order which I thanked them for but informed them that there would not be one After that they informed me that a full refund had been issued but it hadn t Then they actually made the refund and along with that I received a request to delete my review in other words they were buying my silence which isn t for sale sorry

I will not be ordering anything else from them I ordered a part from them on 01 23 2025 and I still have not received the part It was supposed to be here in 7 days But they have took the money from my account I have emailed them 3 times and no one has not answered This company is a big joke
