Great Customer Service Beautiful Ring and Excellent Pricing
The customer service was great and the ring my husband purchased for me is absolutely stunning I did my research and the previous reviews were very helpful The awesome prices are better than other sites I checked out and I am definitely referring anyone who asks to the Friendly Diamonds website so they can see for themselves I would definitely recommend this company

I hade to return the first ring because
I hade to return the first ring because it was a little too much for my finger 4 50 ct with halo and Pave prongs it was absolutely gorgeous but too much for me I sent it back had the beautiful lab diamond put in a simple 4 prong Pave band recommended by customer service I absolutely love it Highly recommend The customer service people go above and beyond

Friendly Diamonds was very helpful and easily shipped my package to be held at a pickup location instead of to my door When I decided after placing the order that I wanted the certificate they promptly provided it and they were quick to respond to any questions The pendants I received are gorgeous I am very happy and would order from them again

The whole process was easy and the customer service reps were amazing at updating me and letting me know where and when I would receive my ring I have not got to see it yet other than a video that was sent to me because it is going to be a surprise and my boyfriend has it but I know it will be beautiful Cant wait to post pictures
