This company is dreadful They are causing me serious mental health problems and financial distress They have had since March to issue an eviction order messed up one application and still haven t submitted the second paperwork won t ring me back when promised They were allocated to me by my insurance company and I feel totally conned

This company is completely incompetent

This company is completely incompetent and do nothing but waste your time After my accident I had to do all the data collection for them as they were unable to get the information themselves police reports medical reports etc even though everything was given to them when asked They have dragged me along for over 19 months in the process and we are no closer to a resolution even though the third party admitted fault They ask for the same thing over again even though they have been given what they requested If you deal with Lynn Adams or Robert Lilley go find another solicitor as I am forced to do now
