Ghosted after sales call
Eric and the team did a great job explaining the product during our sales call it seems like a well-designed and promising solution However we were disappointed that after the call our follow-up emails and live chat messages were completely ghosted Additionally the product currently lacks Angular support which while not a blocker for our use case is problematic Given that this is a mission-critical customer-facing dev tool reliable and responsive support would be essential for us to leverage Frigade
