Poor Information on Delivery

I am expecting a delivery from Froede They actually send me an email saying that they have handed my shipment to a local delivery service and that this company would contact me within 3 days Unfortunately they do not include any information on who they handed it to nor do they provide any contact information to follow up Froede is supposed to deliver a chair I ordered from Hermann Miller so I opened a case with them - hopefully they can help me as I have no idea when or if I will receive my delivery

1 star is not deserved extremely disrespectful to the customer does not come when we have an appointment does not reply to mail or phone when they do they insult you and hang up
