just been over 2 weeks and havent recieved my order am starting to think i was scammed

Never sent anything

Placed order and 3 weeks later still hasn t shipped Asked for a refund and they said I could receive 80 back because of labor costs If they made the items then why not ship them And if they didn t ship then what labor was performed 5 days to answer an email and in my opinion it s a scam

Absolute scam

Absolute scam clothes arrived but in completely different colours than shown and still in children s size one of my reviews on the website was automatically turned into a 5 star rating although I gave 0 5 completely different text only my photo was used so rather order somewhere else

Package never arrives

Ordered dragon ball shirts since 2 April with no result and two warnings later they promised to deliver within three days and gave me a tracking link Until this day the tracking link showed nothing has been done package also never arrived at my address then to make it even more suspicious turns out the tracking website a free website tracker not official Really dissappointed with their attitudes and profesionalism

Absolute scan More than two months have passed and I did not recieve any thing Wish I have never bought from them Customer service is a complete joke

Refund Issues

I received my order and the items were too small I requested a refund and went through the customer service email as stayed in the policy After going back and forth with their rep which took at least 24 hours for each response they kept trying to compensate payment to me instead of me returning my item My order was 70 and they tried to give me 12 to not have my items returned and said the cost to ship it back would be a lot They ended up stop responding to my emails and I had to make a dispute with my credit card company Would not recommend buying from this site

Where do I start Unless you like losing your money I would not buy anything Prints on t shirts are OK because you can see that it s cheap quality Now when it comes to the hoodie DO NOT BUY Looks like the hoodie came from wish and was so plastic and low quality and had a hole When I contacted costumer service they had no help to offer For a shirt with a big hole they compensate you with a coupon that has 20 Now this is really bad also even if you write costumer service to remove your email from their newsletter they don t listen I actually have better experiences with wish So I would not recommend using fromsparcoo and if you do it s your problem cuz nobody is going to help

ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute scam of a company take 24 hours to reply via email l Part of my order is missing 22 98 shirt they are only offering me 10 for a refund Furthermore the quality is cheap and tacky They are avoiding giving me the return address and telling me the returns are too expensive and offering to compensate me 8 for the order 18 from a 75 order Their service is awful avoid at all costs Ordering 28th dec this is still ongoing
