Great service Right from the start of The website to the online consultation with the Mr Cool rep Delivery was quick and easy to set up The installation is some work but definitely set up for the DIY er The inside heads are amazingly quiet I would definitely recommend Mr Cool to anyone looking to heat cool areas in the home and such

The staff and sell reps where great and worked great with me and my special requests My only problem was that I need extra line sets but the communication lines that come with them are smaller gage wire and don t connect with the pro com lines that come with the gen 4 Also the connecters from the pro com lines and these smaller ones don t connect both are male fittings so you have to cut them and use wire nuts or solder them together Other then that everything great
