Excellent service at Woburn
We have visited Frosts at Woburn Sands on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed the experience This time we needed to have our purchases delivered and the whole process at the store was very easy and quick As promised we had a call when the delivery was on its way and Aaron and Russell were absolutely excellent in being friendly and extremely helpful in putting it all in the back of the garage as it was far too heavy for me to carry All of this with such a friendly manner I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Frosts and I look forward to our next visit

Excellent service
Excellent service Date of delivery agreed and the day before a 1 hour time slot was given Luke and Russ delivered our new BBQ to where we wanted it stored We are very pleased with the service although we haven t opened the package yet to check the contents

Frost s pumpkin patch weekend
Frost s pumpkin patch weekend at the Willington Garden Centre was a great experience for all the family and praise must go to the Frost s staff who planned organized and ensured that the event went just it was envisaged Hopefully more events will follow

Great customer service
Not only did Aaron Matt deliver spot on the time they said with first a 2 hour slot a phone call to say they would be with us in 15mins they navigated our tricky garden entrance to position it where I wanted Great customer service

Duck family water feature
The staff at Frosts were great They organised my order in store and made it very easy The delivery men were also excellent ringing me 15 minutes before they arrived and were friendly and accommodating The water feature looks great in the garden and was easy to assemble It works when the sun is on it Overall very pleased

The service at the Garden Centre was friendly and efficient I was kept in touch with the delivery time which needed to be changed because of the delivery vehicle needing a new tyre The delivery men arrived at the suggested time were helpful and polite

Great service from purchase to delivery
Travelled to Woburn Sands to get a parasol we had seen elsewhere but was cheaper at Frosts The Garden Centre was lovely and the staff were helpful we ordered it and they phoned next day with a delivery date The delivery came on the delivery date and we had a phone call 30 mins before yo say when they would arrive Aaron and Matt were friendly and helpful and brought the parasol round our back A great service fron beginning to end Highly recommended
