Frank from Frylics reached out to me as he saw I was in search of two customised acrylic display boxes for my two rare and big Pok mon TCG collection boxes With a confirmation from his manufacturer we agreed on a very reasonable price The shipping costs were also fair considering the dimensions of the boxes and that Frylics is based in Holland and I in Denmark I have now received my two boxes which were safely packaged and indeed beautifully designed and built I recommend Frylics due to its prices and its VERY good costumer service and communication back and forth

I bought 2 acrylic cases for my Pokemon UPC s After I had bought them I received a mail from the owner He told me that as a standard he wrote to everyone who bought these products because there was a common confusion about whether the product was in stock or not I was kinda frustrated at first since I believed they were in stock since the website gave me that impression The owner explained how come it looked like they were in stock and gave me every option to cancel my order He also told me the process of the shipment and how long the estimated wait time was I was impressed of the kind warm and professional customer service and decided to wait Today I have received my order AND a card that says Thank you for your patience - Good luck with your collection Frank if you are reading this thank you I wish you all the luck and as a consumer I am loyal to your business for as long i have this hobby PS OH I ALMOST FORGOT I received 4 free stands for the best of my cards That is SO nice SincerelySimon
