Radio Silence

This company are apparently dealing with the now closed Laybuy I have written to them three times now to try to recover a 400 refund that was sent to a Laybuy virtual card in error So far I ve had radio silence At this stage I m not holding out much hope of ever seeing a penny of that refund I ve a feeling FTI are seeing it the same way too
