I ve been in the industry a number of years and I ve worked with a lot of 3PLs I can honestly say Fulfyld has been a pleasure to work with Yes of course there have been issues Yes there has been lost inventory Anyone who doesn t expect this within this industry is a fool and I look at the other reviews who are whining Success in this business requires accountable partners but it also requires accountability on the side of the client Those who believe they can outsource accountability will lose You need to stay on top of your inventory as much as you do expect your 3PL to do Fulfyld 1 Always answers the phone or email 2 You can talk with the owner 3 Stands behind what they say 4 Tries hard to fix problems but 4 Can t always Most importantly 5 They get it right 96 of the time and try hard 100 of the time They re a pleasure to work with

Good Experience with REAL People
Having a REAL PERSON to talk to has been the best part about working with Fulfyld There is nothing more annoying than opening a help ticket and nothing ever getting resolved like fulfillement centers I have worked with in the past When problems come up at fulfyld I can actually text or call them It has made a big difference in my business

Fulfyld has been a game changer
Fulfyld has been a game changer for my company I was getting to the point where shipping orders internally was taking up too much time and I needed to off-board some of my responsibilities It was relatively fast to get the product to their facility and get our store integrated I think we were shipping in less than 2 weeks We have a dedicated account rep that communicates quickly and handles any unusual issues that pop up I m super pleased with the service and I am thankful for their help in scaling my business

Best in class for this industry 10 stars
We started working with Fulfyld in the Spring and they have absolutely done an amazing job The initial sales and set up was with Eric who is very knowledgeable and cuts right to the point on business matters This created an effective and efficient onboarding process Once you are in you will work with Kelsey and then Earl who is the POC at the warehouse Both of them go above and beyond with communication and focus to deliver what I imagine has to be one of the best of its class in this industry If you are a small company just speaking from experience please contact them and see what they can do for you It has saved me hundreds of hours and thousands of headaches They are simply the best

Committed to improvement
Erik and his team were very nice from the beginning to set up the integration as well as learn about our products There were some mistakes on start but the team got accountability for the mistakes and solved them We are quite happy to work with Fulfyld I hope they will keep it up
