What a pleasure it was to work with Full of Bounce I hired these guys to provide multiple inflatables for a major party we had planned and let me tell you they did not disappoint From start to finish the experience was easy and smooth booking was made very simple and when I did have a question the owner was only an email away and answered my query quickly and professionally From my experience the customer service was fantastic throughout we were kept well informed of payment dates etc so we always knew what was due and when The day of the party came and the Full of Bounce team arrived for setup promptly and we re very courteous and professional nothing was too much trouble for them They made sure we understood all the safety aspects of the equipment thoroughly To say I was impressed with the service is an understatement and I will 100 be booking with them again in the future Thank you again guys for making this such a simple and pleasant experience and for making sure our special day went off without a hitch

Hi I just wanted to thank every body involved from full of bounce we hired the night club from this excellent company for sat 9 7 22 for a surprize birthday party and honest we had the best night ever from start to finish when contacting the company the help and professionalism I received was first class all my questions answered fantastic communication easy to pay I was not there when the staff arrived to put up the inflatable night club i was informed that the staff were very polite on time they put up the night club and made sure it was fixed down properly and safe and explained how everything worked so as the evening went on the nightclub came alive with great music the lights looked amazing with everyone dancing perfect so a great big thank you to full of bounce from all at the party for making our surprise party perfect you are amazing also on taking down the night club as well on time kind and polite I would recommend full of bounce to anybody kind regards from lee
