Bought a challenge even thought i use a grid trading EA and i had problems on other props firm i managed to pass and get verified on funded elite without problems Also got assistance by the support team by email fast for clarity regarding the rules

Requested 19k payout contacted by risk team for an interview after some questions they confirmed my idendity and trading style Was refused the full payout as i have breached one of their rules was having Bespoke funding dejavu but they still released the payout with a lowered amount simply removing the trades which breached their rules they were holded for only a few seconds which a problem for them I thank them for being fair to their word and i m leaving a good review as promised to Christian

Got my money fast but they took out 30 bucks for processing fees which I think is pretty unfair I shouldn t have to cover that They really need to speed up getting us into phase 2 and live accounts it s always taking 1-2 business days Plus they ve gotta upgrade their dashboard design If they fix these issues they ll be on track to be one of the best prop firms out there
