It was my first time using a funding company as I just started my own business With little knowledge and a pocketful of fear trusting anyone with my money was a long shot I was having difficulty with the process at first and then some setbacks happened unrelated and out of their control which was causing delays and causing me stress Then Kirk came along and changed that for me He took time to explain things over and over even texted me to make sure I was getting everything in a timely manner I felt like he was my personal concierge He was professional and also funny so I never felt like his customer but more like his friend that had my best interest at heart I trusted him Now here I am approved with enough lines of credit to use for my new business All because of Kirk whose knowledge expertise and dependability helped me complete this process relieving my stress and giving me the confidence I need to run a business
